Після проведення автоматизованого розподілу справи за обвинуваченням колишнього заступника керівника Офісу Президента (2019–2024 рр.) та ще одного фігуранта визначено склад колегії суддів ВАКС.
Нагадаємо, раніше суддя задовольнив клопотання сторони захисту про колегіальний розгляд справи у складі трьох суддів.
Підготовче судове засідання оновленим складом суду призначено на 20 березня 2026 року о 08:00. Засідання відбудеться за адресою: Хрещатик, 42А.
Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

Case of the former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office and another defendant to be heard by a panel of judges: new hearing date scheduled
Following the automated case distribution in the criminal proceedings in regards the former Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (2019–2024) and another defendant, the panel of judges of the HACC has been determined.
As previously reported, the court had granted the defence’s motion to have the case trial by a panel of three judges.
The preparatory court hearing by the newly composed panel has been scheduled for 20 March 2026 at 08:00. The hearing will take place at the Court located on Khreshchatyk Street, 42A, Kyiv.
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and may not be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by law and established by a court’s guilty verdict.
