Слідчий суддя Вищого антикорупційного суду застосував до одного зі столичних забудовників запобіжний захід у вигляді застави у розмірі 20 млн грн.
У разі внесення застави підозрюваний зобов’язаний:
- прибувати до слідчого (детектива), прокурора слідчого судді або суду за кожними їх викликом та вимогою;
- повідомляти слідчого (детектива), прокурора чи суд про зміну свого місця проживання та/або місця роботи
- не залишати межі Києва та Київської області без дозволу слідчого (детектива), прокурора;
- утримуватися від спілкування з особами, вказаними в ухвалі суду;
- здати на зберігання до Державної міграційної служби України свій паспорт (паспорти) для виїзду за кордон, інші документи, що дають право на виїзд з України і в’їзд в Україну;
За версією слідства, підозрюваний, спільно з іншими особами, намагалися заволодіти 11 гектарами землі в Києві, які належали державній агрофірмі.
Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

HACC has imposed a preventive measure on a Kyiv-based property developer
An investigating judge of the HACC has imposed a preventive measure on one of the Kyiv-based property developers in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 20 million.
In the event that bail is posted, the suspect is obliged to:
• appear before the investigator (detective), prosecutor, investigating judge, or court upon each summons or request;
• notify the investigator (detective), prosecutor, or court of any change of place of residence and/or place of work;
• not leave the city of Kyiv or Kyiv region without the permission of the investigator (detective) or prosecutor;
• refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling;
• surrender to the State Migration Service of Ukraine his passport(s) for travel abroad, as well as other documents entitling him to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine.
According to the investigation, the suspect, together with other persons, attempted to unlawfully acquire 11 hectares of land in Kyiv belonging to a state-owned agricultural enterprise.
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and may not be subjected to criminal punishment until his or her guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a final court conviction.
