ВАКС ухвалив вирок стосовно колишнього народного депутата

Сьогодні, 11 червня, колегія суддів #ВАКС ухвалила вирок щодо народного депутата України V скликання.

Його визнано невинуватим у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.3 ст.27 ч.2 ст 364 ККУ (організація зловживання владою або службовим становищем іншою особою). Водночас суд визнав ексдепутата винуватим за ч.5 ст.191 ККУ (заволодіння чужим майном, вчинене в особливо великому розмірі).

Початок строку відбування покарання обчислюється із моменту фактичного його затримання.

Вирок може бути оскаржений упродовж тридцяти днів з дня його проголошення шляхом подання апеляційної скарги через Вищий антикорупційний суд до Апеляційної палати Вищого антикорупційного суду.

HACC delivers verdict in case against former Member of Parliament

Today, June 11, a panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court delivered a verdict in the case of a former Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the 5th convocation.

The court found the ex-MP not guilty of organizing the abuse of power or official position by another person, as provided under Part 3 of Article 27 in conjunction with Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

At the same time, the court found ex-MP guilty under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—misappropriation of property committed in especially large amounts.

The sentence will begin from the moment of his actual detention.

The verdict may be appealed within thirty days from the date of its pronouncement by filing an appeal through the High Anti-Corruption Court to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
