Ексголові Хмельницької МСЕК продовжили запобіжний захід

У четвер, 20 березня, слідчий суддя Вищого антикорупційного суду частково задовольнила клопотання прокурора САП та продовжила колишній голові Хмельницької обласної медико-соціальної експертної комісії запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою на строк 60 днів (до 18.05.2025 включно).

Як альтернативу підозрюваній визначено заставу у розмірі 230 млн грн.

У разі внесення застави підозрювана зобов’язана:

- прибувати за кожною вимогою до детектива, прокурора, слідчого судді, суду;

- не залишати межі Хмельницького без дозволу слідчого, прокурора або суду;

- утримуватися від спілкування із працівниками КЗОЗ «Хмельницький обласний центр медико-соціальної експертизи» та особами, які зверталися для проведення медико-соціальної експертизи у КЗОЗ «Хмельницький обласний центр медико-соціальної експертизи» з питань, що стосуються обставин кримінального провадження;

- повідомляти слідчого, прокурора чи суд про зміну свого місця проживання;

- здати до уповноваженого органу свій паспорт для виїзду за кордон, інші документи, що дають право на виїзд з України і в’їзд в Україну.

Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

Preventive measure extended for former head of Khmelnytskyi regional Medical and Social Expert Commission

On Thursday, 20 March, an investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the motion of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and extended the preventive measure in the form of detention for the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission for a period of 60 days — until 18 May 2025 inclusive.

As an alternative to detention, the court set bail in the amount of UAH 230 million.

In the event that bail is posted, the suspect shall be subject to the following obligations:

• to appear upon each summons of the detective, prosecutor, investigating judge, or court;

• not to leave the territory of Khmelnytskyi city without permission from the investigator, prosecutor, or court;

• to refrain from communicating with employees of the Municipal Healthcare Institution “Khmelnytskyi Regional Center of Medical and Social Expertise” and with individuals who applied for medical and social examination at the said institution in relation to matters connected with the circumstances of the criminal proceedings;

• to notify the investigator, prosecutor, or court of any change in place of residence;

• to surrender to the competent authority her passport for travel abroad and other documents granting the right to leave and enter Ukraine.

According to Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person shall be presumed innocent of committing a criminal offence and shall not be subjected to criminal punishment until his or her guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a final judgment of the court.
